The game's setting and creepy atmosphere lend it a little boost in the originality department. The Victorian gaslight (and some really great light and shadow effects), the clothes, the architecture ... everything says this is not Resident Evil. Items in the game are appropriately Victorian, too -- your health items include menthol and smelling salts, and one of the weapons is a paraffin-burning flamethrower that has to be manually pumped.

If you dig survival-horror games and you're up for a new story and setting -- and don't mind some very familiar gameplay -- Curse is a good time.


Note : If you want to change the language from the default English, change the number in the game.ini after install.
