It only works if you do the following steps:

1-unrar
2-run the bat.exe
3-download and install the physxLoader.dll in the bin file in c:
4-download and install the ageia physx in your system
5-download the mini image and crack file
6-mount with daemon tools the mds file
7- and finally run the jericho.exe from the bin file
